Documentation and Certification Platform
Under the Tipped Wage Workers Fairness Act of 2018 (D.C. Code § 2-1411.05a), employers who hire individuals that receive tips as wages for services performed in the District of Columbia are required to submit documentation, and complete certifications to the Office of Human Rights.
Employers, or their authorized agent must have the following information to register an account:
· Business primary contact information
· Federal Employer Identification Number
· Business Legal Entity Name and/or Doing Business As (DBA)

All documents and certifications for 2020 and/or 2021must be submitted by December 31st, 2022 11:59 PM EST
For calendar year 2022 the deadline for submitting a copy of your sexual harassment policy and complete certifications is March 1st, 2023 11:59 PM EST.
