The DC Fire and EMS Department encourages citizens and employees to notify the agency of incidents, concerns or complaints regarding employees of the DC Fire and EMS Department.
Your concerns will be forwarded to the appropriate office, and an agency official will contact you within 24 business hours or the next business day.
